3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or content on this site are error-free, complete, or current. Flash paper colours, sizes, and textures may vary slightly between batches due to the nature of the manufacturing process.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your card details.
  • An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email or message.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer tracked UK delivery (typically 1–3 working days) included in the price of our products.
  • Flash paper is shipped damp for safety to prevent accidental ignition during transit. This is standard practice.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • International shipping may be available on request — please contact us. Additional shipping restrictions may apply to pyrotechnic materials depending on the destination country.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the flammable nature of flash paper and fire magic products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for safety reasons.
  • If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
  • Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked service.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

  • Misuse of flash paper can cause fire, burns, property damage, or serious injury.
